Party group size is limited to 24 painters (people) if you’d like to use the party room and weekend parties must be booked on-line. Please call the studio if looking to book a party during a weekday.
*There is a $25/tx weekend booking fee collected at the time of booking that is non-refundable & non-transferrable.
*To book a party, you need a minimum of 8 painters/pieces.
*Your party can be booked in the studio OR in the Party Room (no additional fee). This will be noted during reserving on-line.
*Please enjoy painting but keep noise to a minimum. Be respectful of other painters and have fun!
*You’re always welcome to bring in cake, pizza, or any other snacks and drinks that you would like for Claytopia parties.
We had my daughter’s 10th birthday party with 6 of her friends. It was such an easy process to have the party. All the girls had fun and enjoyed painting. I can’t wait to see the finished products when I go to pick them up.

Party Info. and Pricing
Parties typically last 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending upon the ages of the kids. Please notify guests of anticipated party length to guarantee timely party pick ups of kids.
Kids birthday parties consist of 8 or more guests, and must be pre-scheduled.
We’re happy to offer a large variety of pottery pieces that may be painted by your party guests.
We have fun and trendy pieces to choose from right outside the party room but you’re welcome to choose pieces from any of the studio shelves too.
Our goal is to assure you have lots of choices and remain in control of your party pricing.
Feel free to stop in to the studio if you’d like to check out what pieces are available beforehand or check out our party room space.
Food & Gifts
You’re welcome to bring along any food, drinks or cake as well as party gifts for your party. A typical flow is to greet your guests, allow guests to choose their party piece and paint. Then comes time to eat, socialize, open gifts, etc. Your party sequence is up to you, we’re happy to explain the process, just let us know what works best for you!

All pre-scheduled birthday parties of 8 or more receive one FREE 6″ tile for the birthday painter!
All pre-scheduled birthday parties will be noted on our lighted party sign to greet your guests.
All parties are welcome to utilize our Photo-Op box to make your photo memories even more fun, just ask!
Please be courteous to other studio painters and to our neighbors: No loud noisemakers for the party or for party give-aways for kids birthday parties.

We know that School Groups and Scout Troops are always looking for a new, fun adventure to meet the needs of many. Come to Claytopia to paint where you’ll have time with friends while painting!

School & Scout groups consists of 8 or more guests, and must be pre-scheduled.
- Group must consist of at least 8 painters (adults can be included to meet this # too). Leave the mess with us and spend quality time with the special scouts in your life.
- We can also pack pieces, glazes and brushes up for you to take with you to paint at your location. Simply drop off to us for firing when you’re finished. Please allow one week for firing. Call now to reserve your day!
- If you have a Sales Tax Exemption # please provide it when booking.

Tired of the same old get-together? Get “ARTY” and have your next Adult birthday party, bridal shower, get-together or Office Party at CLAYTOPIA or pick up the materials from us to paint at your home or workplace for a party or at a break – It’s simple, easy, and sure to be a HIT!

Parties are reserved for 8+ for 2 hours. Pieces may be chosen by the party host or your guests. Let us know if you’d like guests to have a $ limit. Uncompleted projects will be wrapped for a return visit to complete.
